Workout is not always meant to push, lift or keep your mood high or motivated. We all have a child hidden inside us who loves to hop, dance, move, and run - you can apply the same concept to your workouts.

If you are struggling to burn calories, putting so much pressure to get the results to withhold the same motivation. Hang on! Burning calories can be fun. Boring cardio belongs to the past. Do perform this workout like a superstar in the music of your favorite singers.

Sounds cool?

Telling yourself the truth you would never want to listen to is the only way to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Not just about changing life but moving needle by needle and making those changes sustainable.

Now, this is your early morning routine. Get up before dawn and run two miles each day. Once that becomes comfortable, go the extra mile. Being comfortable to uncomfortable will make you 10x stronger than last month or year.
